Regional Manager Employment Conditions :
Proficient ability to communicate via email
Cell access and ability to communicate with the supervising team member
Ability to do tasks in time
Be able to utilize a company provided Client Retention Management tool
Ability to maintain contact with the clients (if necessary)
Be able to perform tasks in a timely manner assigned by the customer
Do and finish online training
BecomeBe} literate in the use of corporate CRM tool (training provided)
Maintain communication with the supervisor on all customer related assigned
Availability to speak with the supervisor and customer (if necessary)
Process inbound and outbound tasks from the supervisor or customer
Complete all assigned work with detail and in a timely manner
Prepare reports for all completed work
Contracted Employee Commission Based - 5% commision on all accounts
Part Time Employee - $10.00 to $18.00 an hour* + Bonuses HR Review
Full Time - $12.00 to $24.00 an hour* + Bonuses Exact amount is based on
*Hourly pay rate for part time employees is based on task completion. Every
task has an estimated hourly rate based on task requirements.
*Full time employee has to pass the 14 day train period followed by minimum of
90 days as a Part Time Employees to be considered for a full time position.
